The review object syncs your customers' review activity directly into Klaviyo. Each record includes star rating, review content, UGC image URLs, published/moderated status, photo flags, and submission timestamps. Giving you richer data to work with across your flows, segments, and templates.
What can you do with it?
- Showcase review history in emails — Dynamically display a customer's past reviews or uploaded photos inside email templates to reinforce loyalty and remind them of their contributions.
- Target UGC contributors — Build a "High Value Reviewers" segment of customers who've left published, photo-verified reviews above a 3-star rating, without relying on complex URL matching.
- Smart post-purchase flow branching — Personalise flows based on review history. For example, automatically exclude customers who recently left a negative review from receiving a referral request.
