Auto-publish settings now allow you to choose the minimum star rating a review needs to publish straight away. Anything below that rating still goes live automatically within 14 days, so nothing sits unpublished forever.
You decide on a minimum star rating, anywhere from 1 to 4 stars, and reviews at or above it keep publishing instantly, exactly as they always have. Anything below your rating still publishes on its own within 14 days, whether or not you've done anything.
While you have that window, you can reach out to the customer directly, reply publicly so future shoppers see the full picture, publish the review yourself the moment you're ready, or flag it to our team if it genuinely breaks our review policy.
Your star rating and review count already include every submitted review from the moment it lands.
Shoppers see a short, honest note on your storefront explaining that some reviews can take up to 14 days to appear.
Every genuine review publishes within 14 days no matter what; your best reviews are never delayed, and only our team can approve a permanent removal, only where a review actually breaks the rules.
