Collect Order Details from Shopify Checkout Surveys

Customers using Shopify can embed Surveys directly on the checkout “thank you” page - a timely way to gather feedback while the shopping experience is still fresh.

With this latest update, Surveys now also capture the customer’s email address and Order ID alongside their responses. 

This added context helps you:

• Connect feedback to specific customers
• Take more targeted action on responses
• Enrich customer profiles with data passed to third-party tools like Klaviyo

Note: This feature is available to Shopify users on the Start-Up, Grow, Plus, and Launch Plus plans
