Klaviyo's Customer Agent will soon be able to answer your shopper’s product questions using live REVIEWS.io star ratings and Review Nuggets.

When a shopper asks about a product, the agent will be responding with that product's star rating and a short highlight from verified buyers, rather than repeating your product descriptions.

What this means for you

• Settle product doubt inside the conversation with the product's live star rating, read from your REVIEWS.io ratings data at the moment the agent answers.
• Support the rating with a customer's own words through Review Nuggets, the short verified highlights extracted from your reviews.
• Keep answers current with no upkeep, because nothing is copied into a static block that goes stale.

To use this feature, ensure you have an active Customer Agent add-on in Klaviyo and the REVIEWS.io Plus plan. 

This focused approach ensures that shoppers receive concise, high-impact social proof without being overwhelmed by excessive text.
